NPower Indiana members receive consulting services at rates much lower than in the private sector. Like the annual membership fees, the hourly consulting rates are tiered based on the NPower member's annual operating budget. See our FAQ for answers to your questions.

* Normal business hours for SMART Help Desk support are 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. After hours pricing applies to calls made before 8AM and after 5PM as well as on holidays, evenings, and weekends. Help Desk submissions deemed to require the attention of (escalated to) NPower staff will be subject to the applicable hourly service rate in addition to fees above.
