Submit a Case

NPower Indiana customers may submit a case request using SMART Help Desk service. Support staff are available to assist by telephone 24 x 7. Service options are as follows:

 

  • Call the help desk directly at 1-866-714-3691 or 317-275-2982.
  • Send an email to the help desk using this address (no spaces): Help @ NPowerIN.org
  • Submit and track your request via the SMART Help Desk portal (opens a new page). 
    • New users must create a login. Use a valid email address and blank password to get started.
    • Split multiple issues into individual submissions
    • The portal area uses pop-up windows.
