What is the process for becoming an NPower Indiana member?
To become a member:
1. Fill out our online membership application. This form asks some general questions about your organization including contact information, your IRS Employee Identification Number (EIN), and your annual operating budget to see where you fall on our sliding fee scale.
2. Submit the form electronically or print it off and mail in a hard copy.
3. Pay your membership dues. You can pay online, over the phone (317.396.2848) using a secure credit card payment, or simply send in a check to: NPower Indiana, 724 Broad Ripple Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
Who can be an NPower Indiana member?
Membership in NPower Indiana is open to any 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating in the state of Indiana, excluding congregations or government agencies.
Once I submit the form, when can I start using NPower Indiana services?
Your membership will become active as soon as we receive your membership form and dues payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your membership is active. At that time you may register for classes or contact us for hands-on technology assistance.
How much will membership for my organization cost?
NPower membership dues are based on your organization's annual operating budget. In an effort to create an equitable pricing structure for our services, NPower's membership rates are based on a sliding scale fee structure. Dues start at $150 and go up to $450.
What are the benefits of being an NPower member

Do I have to be a member to use NPower services?
No. Any 501(c)(3) public charity in Indiana, with the exception of congregations and government agencies, is more than welcome to use NPower services and pay the non-member rate of $150/hour. However, due to the low cost of membership, it pays for itself quickly and offers a significant savings on services. So, we do recommend joining if you think you will use our services more than two or three times within the year.
How long will my membership last?
Membership is annual and lasts one year from the date we receive your dues payment. When your membership year comes to an end, we will send you an inquiry to see if you would like to renew.
