NPower’s Voice Over IP Brown Bag

Converged voice and data technologies available today allow a single software platform to combine the functionality of previously separate applications, helping organizations to improve communication and increase office productivity. NPower Indiana has partnered with Voice over IP provider LumiNET Voice & Data to share more about this exciting technology and how it can benefit your organization. Specific topics to be covered include:

  • Overview of IP Telephony and its capabilities
  • Nonprofit-specific applications and benefits
  • IP Telephony live demonstration
  • Financing options for IP technology

There will be two separate training sessions to demonstrate how VoIP can apply to organizations of different sizes. Both trainings will be held at LumiNET Voice & Data, located at 6971 Hillsdale Court. Click here for a map to the location.
