Registration Procedure & Withdrawal Policy

A  501c3 nonprofit organizations are eligible; however, preference will be given to small to mid-sized organizations. In order to offer scholarships to a variety of nonprofits, there is currently a limit of 2 scholarship per quarter per organization.

You must register for the workshop and indicate your scholarship request at least two weeks before the workshop starts. Registration for the workshop indicates that you have made a committment to pay for it, regardless of whether or not you receive a scholarship. If you do not receive a scholarship and cannot pay for the class yourself, you must withdraw from the class at least 3 business days in advance in order to avoid being charged.

If you are awarded a scholarship, NPower's standard class withdrawal policy still applies:

- if you withdraw from the class at least 3 business days in advance, you will not be charged;
- if you provide advance notice of less than 3 business days, you will be charged for the class you miss, but you can retake it  on a space-available basis for a $10 administrative fee;
- if you provide no advance notice, you will be charged for the class you miss, but you can retake it on a space-available basis for a $20 administrative fee.

Scholarships are student-specific, and cannot be transferred to others in your organization.

Scholarship awards expire 6 months from the date the original registered class was held.
