Rajinder serves as NPower Indiana's Director of Consulting. Prior to working for NPower, she managed the corporate extranet for a local high-tech company. She has a bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from the Purdue School of Engineering & Technology, along with over fifteen years of work experience in IT. She also graduated from Coventry University in England. She is a member of the Stanley K. Lacy class (2006) and LEAD (2004).
