NPower’s Scheduled Support program is designed to assist your organization with routine technology tasks to keep your system operating at its full capacity and help prevent problems from occurring. Examples of Scheduled Support activities include installation of software updates, backup testing, malware scans, checking the condition of power devices, verification of hard drive capacity on servers, review of log files and more. By maintaining computers on a regular basis, and ensuring that all operating systems, program virus definitions and other security applications are kept up-to-date, many problems can be anticipated and eliminated.
